These are not just jejune clich\u00e9 sentences generated for the action of it but something that we as a team have put in written and truly believe in.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Our vision is to inspire.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Our mission is to offer flexible and personal transportation service that exceeds the client\u2019s expectations.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Our unique value proposition:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quick customer service \u2013 our freight forwarder will answer your inquiry within minutes from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Personal and friendly customer service \u2013 our client does not have to communicate to an answering machine or an anonyms program. A personal freight forwarder will always talk with our customer.<\/li>\n<li>Simplicity \u2013 we will talk to our client in human language. We do not ask our clients to do our job for us and fill out complicated forms at self-service environments. We value our customer\u2019s time so that the customer can focus on his\/her main job.<\/li>\n<li>Consulting prior to an actual order \u2013 we do not expect the customer to have a degree in logistics or a years long experience in the field or think that the customer is acquainted with all the logistics\u2019 terms and regulations. Our service includes a consultation in the following subjects:\n<ul>\n<li>Shipment clauses or incoterms (which out of many is the most reasonable for the particular customer)<\/li>\n<li>Execution of on and unloading and placing the goods into the mean of transportation (how to save as much money and time as possible)<\/li>\n<li>Customs related consulting<\/li>\n<li>Freight insurance (minimizing the risks in case of transporting high value goods)<\/li>\n<li>International buying ang selling process (accounting, checking the background of the trade associate)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Being informed \u2013 we will keep a close eye on each freight. We will not keep our customer in the dark and will inform him\/her trough out the entire freight. In addition to the customer, we will also communicate with the contact people of on and unloading places. This will minimize all the possible delays that might occur during on and unloading and therefore delay the entire freight<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility \u2013 we will react immediately when something goes wrong. We will not delay unreasonably<\/li>\n<li>We do not do everything and anything \u2013 we have clearly defined which directions we are good at and which we are not<\/li>\n<li>Our customer servants are universal \u2013 the customer will always communicate to the same freight forwarder who operates all the types of transportation services offered by ETS Logistics LLC. Our freight forwarder will advise the customer on choosing the most reasonable mean of transportation (land, sea, air or rail transportation) for the specific freight<\/li>\n<li>Our goal is not the inquiry itself but a satisfied customer \u2013 we do not think that behind each inquiry there are actual goods ready to be shipped off immediately and therefore will answer only to those inquiries that do. We understand that in order to compile a business plan, do a profitability analysis and in the phase of quotations, our customers need initial indications of freight rates and we are happy to help.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"120\" data-end=\"361\"><strong>ETS Logistics<\/strong> began operations in the summer of 2010. The company was founded in response to the need for fast, professional, and customer-focused service in a sector often plagued by slow and rigid processes and poor organizational culture.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"363\" data-end=\"639\">We believe that excellent (not just acceptable) customer service and an innovative organizational culture are the core strengths that set ETS Logistics apart. Feedback on our services is public and transparent \u2013 we\u2019re proud when we receive praise and take criticism seriously.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"641\" data-end=\"1165\">Over the years, we\u2019ve developed four independent transport services: road, sea, air, and rail. We have clearly defined the areas where we excel and those we do not pursue \u2013 we don\u2019t do everything, but focus on services where we believe our added value is the highest. Experience shows that we stand out among competitors especially in managing complex shipments \u2013 particularly export and import operations that cross European Union borders and involve not only transportation, but also customs clearance and cargo insurance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1375\">ETS Logistics is a licensed customs agency by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board and an insurance agent for AB Lietuvos draudimas (Estonian branch). We are proud to be part of the Diversity Charter community.<\/p>\n<p>and rail transportation (particularly from China). We do not offer transportation for everything and to everywhere.<\/p>\n<p>ETS Logistics has been licensed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emta.ee\/eng\/business-client\/customs-trade-goods\/customs-agencies\/list-customs-agencies\">Estonian Tax and Customs Board<\/a> to perform as a customs\u2019 agency. We are also an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fi.ee\/en\/node\/38134\">insurance agent<\/a> of AB Lietuvos Draudimas Estonian branch. We are happy to be part of the list of companies that have joined the <a href=\"https:\/\/humanrights.ee\/en\/\">Diversity Agreement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>That is the beginning of our story.
