Before entering the logistics sector, Matteo worked in the electrical field, which gave him a strong technical background and a practical approach to problem-solving. In his previous roles, he has worked with clients and partners from diverse backgrounds, which has helped him develop strong communication skills and self-confidence. Matteo is friendly, a good listener, and attentive – all essential qualities for success in logistics.

For Matteo, family and time spent with loved ones are the most important. Sports have always played a significant role in his life – he played football for 13 years with Rakvere JK Tarvas and nowadays enjoys playing disc golf on courses across Estonia.
