Join our logistics company and build a career in international logistics

We are looking for hands-on people to join our Rakvere office team — people who are excited by transport and logistics. With us, you can contribute to the organisation of international freight transport and help ensure that every project — whether it’s the transport of industrial equipment or a fast express shipment — reaches its destination around the world successfully.

Our day-to-day work is planning international freight transport, communicating, and taking responsibility for ensuring that the transport service the customer has booked is properly organised. We combine freight transport, customs services and logistics — and the company is what ensures the whole process is simple and well controlled for the customer. If results-driven, measurable work appeals to you, you’ve come to the right place.

Life with us

Our culture is based on trust and professionalism. Work in international freight transport is detailed and time-critical, which is why we value clear role allocation, agreed working processes and accountability.

The focus is on results, but team support matters just as much. We back each other up — both in everyday work, when solving complex projects, and through regular training and sharing of knowledge.

How we work

In logistics, every detail matters. That’s why we work according to a structured, standardised workflow, where information flows transparently and decisions are made quickly and with clear accountability. You have a concrete role and an impact on the whole transport process.

Reliability

We act on the basis of agreements and clear accountability, both to our customers and within the team.

Accuracy

In international freight transport, every detail and document counts. Accuracy is part of how we work every day.

Collaboration

International freight transport requires a team that works well together — not isolated superstars.

Growth

Professional development happens through systematic training, in-house training sessions and hands-on projects.

Why join us?

We offer a stable job in international logistics in Lääne-Virumaa, a competitive salary, systematic training and a modern working environment.

The application process

We want the application process to be transparent and simple. Below you can see the steps that await you in our recruitment process.

1

Apply

Send us your CV by email (and, if you wish, a cover letter or any other information requested in the job ad). Candidates whose background matches the requirements set out in the job ad move on to the next stage.

2

CV shortlist

We compare the education, previous jobs and activities of candidates meeting the requirements against the duties of the position on offer. We contact the candidates whose profile best matches the open position to arrange an interview time.

3

Test and interview

The test and interview take place at our Rakvere office and include practical tasks that give an overview of your speed, accuracy and problem-solving skills. You will then meet your possible future colleagues and have the chance to ask questions about the work and the team.

4

Decision

After the interviews, we make the final decision on the candidate who, in our judgement, is best suited to the open position. We inform all candidates who took part in the interview round of the decision within the agreed time frame.

5

Onboarding

In the first weeks, a mentor will support you and you will get a thorough overview of our services, processes and customers. The aim is for you to be able to operate independently and effectively as quickly as possible.

Open positions

Unfortunately, there are no open positions at the moment, but if you believe you'd fit our team, feel free to get in touch. We'll review your profile and contact you when a suitable position opens up in the future.

Our team

Our team is made up of logisticians and customs declarants with hands-on experience in handling shipments to and from outside the European Union. We operate across road, sea, air and multimodal transport, where every shipment requires familiarity with the regulations, customs procedures, and the requirements of the country of origin and destination.

At the heart of the team’s work are a clearly managed transport process and the coordination of responsibility through a single partner. In day-to-day work we follow Lean management principles and a standardised workflow to ensure a transparent and systematic process throughout the whole transport chain.
