Our main focus is freight transport between China and Estonia. We also handle international transport between the rest of Asia and Estonia. We also offer freight services on routes to the USA, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, Norway, Ukraine and other non-EU countries.
Enquiry and destination market analysis We start from the basic details of the cargo (dimensions, weight, origin and destination, description of the goods) and your time frame.
We compare the different transport modes, taking into account delivery times, costs and seasonality. Where required, we draw your attention to the importance of the delivery term (Incoterms) and the related considerations.
Quote and shipment order Based on the chosen transport mode and the basic details, we put together a quote.
We answer any further questions and, where required, refine the quote. After the customer’s go-ahead, we ask for the additional details needed to book the shipment and send the customer a shipment order by email for confirmation, along with the applicable terms.
Organising the shipment After the shipment order is confirmed, a specific shipment order manager is assigned to the shipment to handle the practical organisation of the transport and communicate with the parties involved. Where required, we forward shipment-related information and notify you of significant changes. We communicate with the customer in whichever way suits them — by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Customs procedures If the customer has chosen to use our customs service, we involve our customs declarant in the transport process. The shipment order manager and the customs declarant work together throughout the whole shipment. The collaboration covers the preparation of transport-related customs and transit documents and customs- and state-duty-related procedures.
Customs procedures are not automatically included in the transport price — their scope is agreed with the customer separately.
Handover of the goods and documentation After the cargo arrives at the agreed destination, it is handed over in accordance with the agreed delivery term and transport conditions. The shipment-related documentation is collected and archived digitally. Where required, we forward the documents to the customer in the agreed manner.
